Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on October 18, 2011 in the Board Conference Room of the Choctaw County Courthouse, 112 Quinn Street, Ackerman, Mississippi. All planholders are encouraged to attend. Deposit: $250- Fully Refundable; ABC and AGC will be honored for the above referenced project. If your company is not an ABC or AGC member, bidders are required to pay a deposit of $250.00 per set. If your company returns the plans and specifications in reusable condition within 10 days after contract award has been issued your company will receive full deposit back. If your company fails to return the plans and specifications your deposit will be forfeited. If your company’s deposit is waived as an ABC or AGC member, ABC or AGC will be billed for the amount of your deposit if your company fails to return the plans within 10 days after contract award has been issued.
