Bid Security: 5% of Base Bid Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid conference may be held prior to the bid letting. The Architect will notify planholders of the time and location of the pre-bid conference. All planholders are encouraged to attend. Deposit: $350 is required, which is fully refundable to general contractors who submit bids to Bureau of Buildings on first set, additional sets receive a refund of half deposit.
